Because of high oil/fat contents, I use as daily supplement 2 teaspoons (2/3 Tablespoon = 2.3 g) that contain 4.6 % Total Fat which is nearly all of my freely available daily fat allowance. (In a 10% Total Fat diet 5% fat is allocated to green vegetables used for the main meal and 5% is available for additional intake). THAT IS A LOT BUT RECOMMENED FOR MAINTINING HEART HEALTH OF HIGH-RISK PERSONS. So I started in 2013 to reduce the daily amount a bit and stretch one package to almost 4 months.

A one pound package lasts me for more than 3 month.
