The breakfeast consists of a bowl of oatmeal, a Berry-Protein Drink and Diatary Subplements (if so advised)

This bowl of oats has sliced banana and dried cranberries. When heated up slightly in the microwave it produces a great refreshing breakfast that lasts the whole morning.

Have On Hand:

 

½ Banana, chopped

½ cup of Extra thick Rolled Oats

Dried Cranberries

Low Sugar Almond Milk (60)

Recipe

(Adapted from Esselstyn, p 128-129):

 

For 1 Portion (Prep time 2-3 min)

 

Add into a Cereal Bowl:

½ chopped Banana,

½ cup of Rolled Oats,

A hand-full of Dried Cranberries,

Almond Milk to cover.

 

Microwave to just warm up and serve
