Recipe (Vegnews Apr 8, 2013 by Elizabeth Castoria, modified to low-fat diet): For 2 (generous)-to 4 Portion. Prep time: 120 min. Preheat oven Set oven to 425 degree F Prepare the tofu blue cheese spread In a medium-sized bowl Crumble ½ block of firm tofu into small pieces Add the rest of the ingredients Fold under to combine Chill until use Prepare the cauliflower chicken wings Preheat oven to 475 degree F In another bowl Break cauliflower into small florets Mix 1 cup of soy milk with 1 cup of chickpea flower Dredge cauliflower through flour mix and place coated florets into a casserole dish. Reserve some extra chickpea flower sauce, set aside. Bake for 20 min at 475 degree F Meanwhile Mix ¾ cup of BBQ sauce, 3 teaspoons of hot sauce and ¼ teaspoon black pepper After first baking of cauliflower florets Coat cooked cauliflower with Buffalo sauce and place back into casserole dish Bake for 5-8 min at 450 degree F Make the piazza Place pizza crust on dry heavy baking sheet without any fat coating Cover crust thinly with set-aside chickpea mix Coat crust with tofu blue cheese spread Place finished Buffalo wings as toping Bake Place tray on upper rack Bake for 12-15 min at 475 degree F until uncovered edges are lightly browned Serve hot right away |
