Cup: ½ chopped Banana ½ cup of frozen Mixed Berries ½ cup of unsweetened Cranberry Juice ½ cup of Water 1 heaped tablespoon of Rice Protein 1 tablespoon of Flaxseed Meal Mix and serve |
